You can request deletion of your Zorfit account and associated data at any time, whether or not you can currently sign in to the app.

How to request deletion

Zorfit follows whichever deletion method Google Play requires for the current app version. Check the app first for an in-app option; if it isn’t available yet, use the email method below.

  • In-app deletion (preferred, if available): open Zorfit and check Profile/Settings → Account for a “Delete Account” option. If present, this is the fastest way to delete your account and data directly from the app. [REQUIRED CONFIRMATION] once this feature is live, this page should link the exact in-app path and this option should be listed first.
  • Email request (shown below): use this if the app does not yet offer in-app deletion.

  1. Check the app for in-app deletion first

    Open Zorfit → Profile/Settings → Account and look for a “Delete Account” option. If it’s there, follow the on-screen steps and no further action is needed.

  2. If not available, email us from your account’s email address

    Send a deletion request to [email protected] with the subject line “Zorfit Account Deletion Request”, sent from the email address associated with your account.

  3. We verify your identity

    We confirm the request comes from the account holder using the email address on file. We will never ask you to send your password, an OTP, or identity documents such as Aadhaar by email.

  4. We process the deletion

    [REQUIRED CONFIRMATION] Processing time once the deletion request is verified.

What is deleted

What may be retained, and for how long
